When I wanted to change my health and body for good, I had the main focus of getting six-pack abs. Because I thought by achieving that, I would have reached the pinnacle of having a perfect body.
Fueled with a burning desire to start, I watched numerous YouTube videos on the best abdominal and core exercises. After a few months of doing those exercises, the results were lackluster.
Despite the lack of progress, I persisted. Still wanting to achieve my goal, I asked for help. That’s when one of my colleagues introduced me to the P90X program.
With a level-ten commitment, I followed it religiously as I watched the videos and did all the exercises. I trusted in the program, and most importantly, in myself. Regardless of the amount of work required, I would dedicate time for it to get my desired outcomes.
In addition to the workouts, I also changed my diet. Slowly but surely, the extra fat started to disappear as I gained more muscle mass. Moreover, I became and felt stronger with each passing day.
Having consistent determination allowed me to reach my desires.
Even though I didn’t know exactly what to do initially, I followed others who have the success I want.
Watching them perform the exercises and giving myself the opportunity to learn from them made this process possible.
And in those inevitable times of laziness and procrastination, seeing them working out gave me the motivational to do so. The step-by-step made it digestible and achievable.
In the comfort of my own home, I didn’t feel embarrassed and did the workouts that were suitable for my fitness level. I went on my own pace without the fear of judgment. And as I got stronger with time, I incorporated more difficult and intense movements.
With the positive results, I gained more confidence and trust in myself which positively affected other areas of my life.
Cultivate Self-Discipline and Personal Accountability
Having a step-by-step guide allows you to learn the material is a small and digestible way. By starting off small, you can build the momentum to move forward and take on bigger tasks.
And the more you accomplish, the more confident you’ll feel. In addition, you’ll also gain experience in building discipline because of the amount of you have done to get to your current state.
This is possible by achieving things you once thought were impossible.
Having an online course, you can work around your own schedule. You can find as much or little time in your day to watch the videos and do the exercise at your leisure.
There’s no need to rush. The pace is set by you.
But of course, the more actions you take, the faster you can achieve your goals.
And if you weren’t clear on something after watching it the first time, you can replay and view the video as many times as you want.
As your progress, you can always revisit them and possibly get new ideas which you did not grasp the first time. Those same concepts can also help you reinforce your current beliefs.
And as you evolve and move to different stages in your life, you may find new meaning and perspectives on those same philosophies.
To reach your goals, you must hold yourself accountable and practice impeccability.
Be relentless in your commitments.
Even you don’t achieve your desired results, you’re still growing because you took action towards them. The feedbacks will show you what’s working and what’s not.
It’s only a matter of time which you get your wanted outcomes.
It’s truly about the journey and the development you’re experiencing which makes you a powerful man. By overcoming adversities, you gain wisdom and mental fortitude to persevere.
The strongest men in the world are those who have gone through many difficult obstacles. Yet, they are still standing fiercely.
All those challenges mark as trophies in their arsenal. Because without those hardships, they wouldn’t become the man they are today.

Simply consuming information isn’t enough, you must do and implement the knowledge and turn it into experiential wisdom.
