Hey there, my name is Perry Liao.

Before I found my purpose, I was a leaf in the wind, blown from one place to another. I spent most of my life following society’s script for success. After graduating from college, I focused all my time on building my career.

I had only one goal in mind: make as much as money as I can.

For the sake of chasing happiness, I sacrificed my life for it. This affected my health, relationships, and even my sanity.

The first to go was my health.

After just a few years of fully immersing myself in the corporate world, I gained fifteen to twenty pounds of fat. Often times, I felt sluggish and lethargic throughout the day.

I was fitting in perfectly with my coworkers as they invested most of their time in their careers. They didn’t prioritize their health as they ate unhealthy food regularly and seldom exercised.

Although I was never extremely overweight, my unbalanced lifestyle would eventually cause me to become obese and filled with numerous health problems.

Motivated by that fear, I was determined to improve my health.

As a result, I incorporated a healthier diet and started moving my body more.

Slowly but surely, the extra weight started to disappear and I felt more energetic and confident.

After receiving compliments about my body transformation from friends and coworkers, I was driven to maintain persistence and to further expand my knowledge for better health.

I started reading books and listening to podcasts that were related to health and fitness. In the process, I learned about nutrition, workouts plans, and ways to optimize overall wellness.

Everything I know now about health, fitness, and overall wellness has been self-taught.

It is a lifelong journey as I am always constantly widening my wealth of information.

After transforming my health, I asked: “What else is possible?”

Other areas of my life needed work. They included my relationships and personal growth.

My dating life wasn’t going anywhere because I was always busy working. I also didn’t have time to improve myself such as investing in my hobbies of hiking or reading self-improvement books.

To not overwhelm myself, I decided to work on my romantic life next.

Growing with a laser focus on school, I didn’t spend much time dating other girls. As a result, I didn’t have a girlfriend or any serious relationship throughout my early 20s. But after getting a job after graduation, I found myself having time to date women.

However, I didn’t know where to begin.

But just like improving my health, I started watching YouTube videos and reading books. Then came the most difficult part:

Going out and talking to women.

After meeting hundreds and even thousands of women, I discovered the secret to dating:

I have to become better with myself.

That’s because the more I improve, the more effective I can be to the world, including with women.

It was around that time I truly discovered the world of personal development.

The more I worked on myself, the clearer everything became. I got to understand myself on a deep level by discovering my core values and beliefs.

I started to find myself doing things I enjoy and spending time with those I care about. I was grounded in my beliefs and didn’t compromise my values to please others.

The benefits were having self-love and self-respect. This translated to having more fulfillment and happiness in my life.

In addition, I attracted people who respected me and valued my time. As a result, I dated women who had similar values as I do.

My personal growth skyrocketed as I always dedicate time for myself to learn and grow, by taking action towards what I want in life.

With what I have learned, I now help men improve all aspects of their life (health, wealth, relationships, and personal growth).
