Hey there, my name is Perry Liao.

My health was not always at its current optimal state.

When I was first introduced into the corporate world after receiving my bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, I focused all my time on building my career.

After just a few years, I had gained fifteen to twenty pounds and often felt sluggish and lethargic throughout the day.

I was fitting in perfectly with my coworkers as they invested most of their time in their careers.

They did not prioritize their health as they ate unhealthy food regularly and never exercised.

Although I was never extremely overweight, the lifestyle that I lived would eventually cause me to become obese and filled with numerous health problems.

Motivated by that fear, I was determined to improve my health.

As a result, I incorporated a healthier diet and started moving my body more.

Slowly but surely, the extra weight started to disappear and I felt more energetic and confident.

After receiving compliments about my body transformation from friends and coworkers, I was driven to maintain persistence and to further expand my knowledge for better health.

I started reading books and listening to podcasts that were related to health and fitness such as nutrition, workouts plans, and ways to optimize overall wellness.

Everything that I know now about health, fitness, and overall wellness has been self-taught.

It is a lifelong journey as I am always constantly widening my wealth of information.

With that information combined with my own trial and error experimentations have created my unique healthy lifestyle by eating whole-foods, regular physical activities that I enjoy, and meditation practice on a consistent basis.

With what I have learned, I have helped others improve their health, fitness, and overall wellness.

I did not know how to get healthy but I knew that I would do whatever it took to get it done!

I took life into my own hands and invested in myself!

As a result, I went on a journey to find information about improving health.

I researched on the internet, asked friends, and watched endless number of YouTube videos because I was desperate for direction!

Fortunately I discovered the P90X program. I followed it religiously and got amazing results!

I was learning from people who have had great success with their health!

By consuming information for better health from people who have been there, I learned to adopt the new mindset of viewing food as fuel and medicine.

My new loving relationship with food along with an enjoyable consistent exercise routine produced my unique healthy lifestyle.
